- Principal
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Technical Education, Sociology, Business, or Development Studies
- Diploma in Technical Education is a bonus
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a TVET institution
- Leadership, management, and business acumen
- Certificate of Good Conduct (DCI) required
- Short-Course Trainers / Consultants
- Degree or master’s in Counseling, Project Management, Social Work, Leadership, or Business
- Strong facilitation and Training of Trainers (TOT) skills
- College Driver
- KCSE grade D+ or above
- Valid PSV driving licence
- NYS certificate is an added advantage
- At least 5 years’ professional driving experience
- Certificate of Good Conduct (DCI) required
