Eligibility Criteria for NIS Recruitment
To qualify, you must meet the following:
- Nigerian by birth, aged 18 to 35 years
- Educational Qualifications:
- SSCE/NECO/GCE with 4 to 5 credits (Assistant Cadre)
- NCE/ND/HND/BSc or higher for Inspectorate/Superintendent
- Physical Requirements:
- Male: height 1.65 m and chest 0.87 m
- Female: height 1.60 m
- Character & Health:
- Clean criminal record
- Medically fit (certificate from a government hospital)
- No history of financial embarrassment
- Additional: Computer literacy is a plus, especially for the online exams
