Here are the essential documents you must bring along (both originals and photocopies):

  • Birth certificate or age declaration
  • Certificate of state of origin
  • Academic certificates (OND, HND, B.Sc., etc.)
  • NYSC discharge or exemption certificate (for graduates)
  • Letter of nomination (for civil servants applying for cadre conversion)
  • Valid means of identification (National ID, Voter’s card, International Passport, or Driver’s license)
  • Medical fitness certificate (recently issued)
  • Passport-sized photographs (recent and colored)
  • Application slip/acknowledgment printout

Note: Candidates without the required documents will not be allowed to participate in the screening.

Training and Examination Phase

Shortlisted candidates for the procurement cadre training are expected to attend training sessions at designated centers.

  • First Batch Training: Began on May 24, 2025 at the Digital Bridge Institute (DBI), Oshodi, Lagos.
  • Document Verification: Conducted from May 23 to May 25, 2025.
  • Examination Date: June 11, 2025.

Candidates must also come with laptops preloaded with procurement-related documents and a valid medical fitness certificate (re-certified before the training date).
