General Qualifications & Requirements

Academic Positions

• Principal Lecturer/Senior Lecturer – Ph.D. or Master’s degree with up to 9–15 years cognate experience, research publications, conference papers, and administrative capacity.
• Lecturer I – III – Doctorate/Master’s degree or Bachelor’s degree with relevant teaching and research experience.
• Assistant Lecturer – Minimum of Second-Class Upper Bachelor’s degree plus NYSC certificate.
• Technologist I/II – Higher National Diploma (HND) with credit level plus NYSC certificate. Certifications like NSQ and CISCO are added advantages.
• Librarian I/II – Degree in Library & Information Science with ICT competence.

Non-Teaching Positions

• Senior Assistant Registrar – Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with 7–9 years post-qualification experience.
• Accountants & Auditors – HND/B.Sc. in Accounting with ICAN/ANAN membership, 6+ years experience.
• Medical Staff – MBBS for Medical Officers, B.Sc. in Nursing or Pharmacy with full registration and NYSC certificate.
