In addition, candidate must have since last promotion published at least three (3) papers read at National/International Conference and any of the following:

Lecturer I – CONPCASS 06

Candidates must possess relevant Master’s Degree plus at least six (6) years teaching/research or industrial work experience and two (2) journal publications plus two conference papers or a Doctorate Degree in relevant discipline plus three years teaching/ research industrial work experience plus two journal publications and five (5) conference papers. Membership of relevant professional body is mandatory.

Lecturer II – CONPCASS 05

Candidates must possess a good Bachelor’s degree (minimum of Second-Class Lower Division) in relevant discipline plus at least one journal publication and two conference papers with at least six years teaching or industrial work experience and relevant Master’s Degree or a Doctorate Degree with three (3) journal publications and three (3) conference papers.

Director, Physical Planning (CONTEDISS 15)

DUTIES

The Director of Physical Planning is responsible to the Rector for the Physical development, master plan, evaluation and implementation, assessment, implementation of projects, preparation of estimates and returns on project to Government, other funding agencies for grants as well as perform other duties assigned by the Rector.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

The Candidate must possess the following qualifications and qualities:

• good Bachelor’s Degree (Minimum of second class lower) in relevant fields of Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Building Technology, Urban &Regional Planning, Estate Management &Valuation
• must be a fully registered professional in relevant cadre with a minimum of (18) years post qualification cognate experience or Master’s Degree plus 15 years’ post-qualification cognate experience or a registered professional with Doctorate Degree plus 14 years’ post -qualification cognate experience.
• Must be proficient in Information and Communication Technology (ICT).

TERMS OF APPOINTMENT AND CONDITION OF SERVICE

The appointment is for a single tenure of five years and no more. The salary for the position is in line with Polytechnic Salary Structure (CONTEDISS) while other terms and conditions of appointment are as provided by the conditions of service of the Federal Polytechnics in Nigeria and as may be determined from time to time by the Federal Government of Nigeria or the Governing Council of the Polytechnic. Candidate must possess the following qualification and qualities:

a degree in Medicine (M.B.B.S), registerable with Medical and Dental Council Nigeria (MDCN) with eighteen (18) Post qualification cognate experience or with post-graduate medical qualification in medicine with at least eighteen (18) post qualification cognate experience.

• Currently on the rank of Chief Medical Officer with not less than five (5) years’ experience on the rank
