Yes! KBC is currently accepting applications for two major programmes on its Careers portal

  • Industrial Attachment (May–July 2025): closed to new applicants, previously open for various departments
  • Internships (Legal & Y254 TV Department): 12-month roles for recent graduates

Programme Details

  1. Industrial Attachment (May–July 2025)
  • Target Group: Students in their third to fourth year of university and second-year diploma programs.
  • Departments: Radio, TV, Digital, ICT, Legal, Procurement, Finance, Engineering, Strategy, Audit, and more
  • Duration: 3 months (non-renewable)
  1. Internship Programme (Legal & Y254 TV Channel)
  • Target Group: Kenyan graduates (Class of 2020 or later), aged 21–34
  • Positions:
    • Legal Intern – supports drafting, compliance, policy research
    • TV Intern – assists scriptwriting, editing, production on Y254 TV
  • Duration: Up to 12 months (non-renewable)
  • Application Deadline: 15 May 2025
