  1. Principal
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Technical Education, Sociology, Business, or Development Studies
  • Diploma in Technical Education is a bonus
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a TVET institution
  • Leadership, management, and business acumen
  • Certificate of Good Conduct (DCI) required
  1. Short-Course Trainers / Consultants
  • Degree or master’s in Counseling, Project Management, Social Work, Leadership, or Business
  • Strong facilitation and Training of Trainers (TOT) skills
  1. College Driver
  • KCSE grade D+ or above
  • Valid PSV driving licence
  • NYS certificate is an added advantage
  • At least 5 years’ professional driving experience
  • Certificate of Good Conduct (DCI) required
